One of the poll questions produced some results that I found particularly interesting.

Question: What percentage of your current employees would you say are engaged?

• 0% of attendees have fewer than 15% engaged (great!)
• 14% of attendees have more than 15% engaged (lucky you!)
• 86% of attendees estimate that only 15% of their employees are engaged (uh oh!)

For those of you who are successful in keeping more than 15% of your staff engaged, what’s your secret?
